With over 15 years of professional experience: practice areas include 1) forensic economic analysis - to-date has prepared over 375 damages reports for attorneys spanning a wide array of tort actions; 2) experienced expert testimony (Daubert qualified).
Other business verticals that Walt has experience in: 1) healthcare economics and SAS programming in healthcare; 2) energy industry including electric load analysis, forecasting power demand, and rate / revenue levels given forecast load or energy use; and, 3) environmental resource economics, e.g., large multi-scenario linear programming models focused on resource allocation and net income optimization - developed models for modeling solar-powered groundwater pumping and groundwater conservation.
