great site, so glad I found it! so much useful information. much appreciated! have never thought I'll be engaged in activity like this, but after much preparation (with lots of great books downloaded by torrents.rapid4me , visiting courses and exchanging experience with all colleagues and friends) I think I have a chance to succeed here. Your blog entry is the first thing about this on the internet that looks enough promising to me. thanks for your help!
